CUSTOMER SERVICE
It answers your customers in their own language, under your own brand name, and hands the conversation to you the moment someone asks for a person.
No card needed. Test it privately before it goes live.
Monqez AI is an AI customer support agent that connects to the channels your business already uses: WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Instagram DMs and a chat widget on your website. It answers customer questions from information you give it: your FAQs, your product catalogue, your uploaded documents, your calendar, and your Shopify orders. It replies in whatever language the customer writes in, including Arabic and Arabic written in Latin letters. Every reply goes out under your business name, not ours.
The facts, without the marketing.
Add your FAQs, your products and prices, and upload the documents you already have. It reads the whole document, not just the title.
Plug in your WhatsApp Business number, your Telegram bot, your Facebook Page, your Instagram account, or drop the widget on your site. Every channel answers from the same knowledge.
It starts in test mode. Talk to it yourself, correct what you do not like, and only go live when the answers sound like you.
Messages arrive, it answers in seconds in the customer's language, and anything it should not handle lands in one queue for you.
Connect the accounts you already own. The same trained agent answers on all of them.

All set, Ahmad. Order confirmed, delivery to Abdoun tomorrow.
Written by your agent, under your brand and never ours.
An example conversation, shown here in English. Your agent replies in whichever language your customer writes in.
Six things it does that are worth checking against any other tool you are looking at.
When a customer asks where their order is, the agent is forbidden from writing the status itself. It looks the order up in your store, and the system fills in the real status. If it tried to guess, the guess is stripped out and logged.
When a customer asks for a person, in English or in Arabic, the thread is flagged and you are told, every time. It does not depend on the AI choosing to step aside. You see the reply it had drafted, and you can take the conversation over whenever you want.
Your customer speaks, it listens, and it answers out loud in a native Arabic or English voice. A voice reply counts as one reply, there is no separate voice charge and no voice cap.
When a customer types "3ndi mshkle" or "keefak", it recognises that as Arabic and answers in Arabic. Most tools read it as broken English and reply in the wrong language.
When the plan's replies run out, it stops and the conversation waits for you. There is no overage rate, so a busy month cannot produce a surprise invoice. It sends nothing rather than charging you for it.
It offers appointment times from your real calendar. If someone takes the slot while the customer is deciding, it says so and offers another rather than confirming a booking that does not exist.
No. A chatbot follows a script you draw as a flowchart, and falls over the moment a customer phrases something the way real people actually do. This reads your own material and answers the question that was asked.
Buttons and decision trees. You maintain the flow. Anything off-script gets "I did not understand that".
You give it your FAQs, catalogue and documents. It answers in the customer's own words, in their own language, and says so plainly when it does not know.
The limits matter more than the features. These are the ones worth knowing before you buy.
