Monqez AI ("the Service") is operated by المنقذ المبدع للبرمجة (Monqez), a sole proprietorship registered in Jordan ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy a plan. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Monqez AI lets businesses deploy AI customer-service and sales agents across channels, plus a self-serve Automation Library (e.g. creator search). AI output and automation results may be incomplete or inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on or acting on them. We may add, change or remove features over time.
You agree not to:
You keep ownership of the content and data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and, where required, consent for any personal data you upload or import (for example, customer contacts). How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. One-time purchases (such as Automation Library search-credit bundles) are charged once and are not subscriptions. We will tell you in advance of any price change for renewals.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Depending on your location and applicable law, taxes such as VAT, GST or sales tax may apply; where required they will be shown at checkout and/or added to your invoice. (Our EU VAT handling is being finalised and will be confirmed at the point of purchase before you pay.)
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. Because the Service is digital and supplied immediately, by starting to use it within those 14 days and expressly asking us to begin straight away, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the part already supplied. To withdraw, email support@monqezai.io before you begin using the purchase. This statutory right is in addition to, and not limited by, any other term below.
Beyond the statutory withdrawal right above and any rights you have under your local consumer law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial periods after a renewal. If something goes wrong on our side, contact us — we deal with issues fairly and will honour any refund the law requires.
Where we offer a free trial or trial credits, they are for evaluation, may be limited or withdrawn, and convert to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe. We will not charge you without your action.
The Service and its content, features and branding are owned by Monqez and protected by international copyright, trademark and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Service or AI output will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in this section affects mandatory warranties you have as a consumer under your local law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these Terms, including how you use data or contacts obtained through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully or in a way that harms others, the Service or us — with notice where reasonably possible. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Jordan. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

We may update these Terms; we will post the new version with an updated date and notify you of material changes by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
